I won't complain about the idea of the trade although I'm only luke warm to the whole idea.. I understand the reasoning... But if it's for anything less then a 3rd minimum I will complain.

So you want to get rid of players who are accustomed to losing, which in turn makes the team less competitive. Hmmmmm that seems to perpetuate a losing culture, not cure it.
