Thread number 27 on page 1.

I just wanted to start another obnoxious thread talking about the same knee jerk, Im gonna jump off a bridge attitude. We are up to 27 threads talking about a wr, not Jim Kelly, not casting off Bruce in his prime, no, we are talking about Lee Evans, a really nice guy but hardly a dominant WR. There, Wow i do feel better.

Of all the separate threads started today, you're the only one who's worthy to do it.

Can we just put this in perspective as to what it really means here?

First, we now have only Parrish and a bunch of unproven WR's. And we already had a bad OL, so this basically makes Fitz a sitting duck.

Second, the FO let Poz and Whitner walk and moved Evans for a 4th. Why not do this LAST year when these guys had more value and wouldn't be taking reps away from the young guys? Buddy sat around with his thumb up his ass for a year and a half then finally went "Well, guess it's time to start breaking this team down so we can rebuild." They pissed away an entire season and put us back on track for the self-perpetuating rebuilding cycle.

Third, what the **** is this team going to do with all this extra cap space? They are sitting there with loads of it and not signing anybody.

Lee Evans isn't the problem. Lee Evans is just the final straw. He's a microcosm for the lack of direction and the lack of effort by this franchise. For YEARS, Russ Brandon's PR machine had us believing that it was all about the future and that this team was building towards something, but moves like this are making people realize that the future is never going to get here.

        Perspective?

It's pathetic how Bills fans are acting over a 30 year old receiver who's niche is speed. Let's cut a promising receiver who actually has a chance to help this team when it finally learns to win. Who needs reps? Let's keep Lee and let him rot because it's apparently more of a travesty to give the most deserving guy on this team a chance to actually go someplace and win. But hey, we could have went 8-8 this year. Anybody with a shred of perspective would look at this and see a sound football decision.
