xslive.net is a good place, too. $15 for 3 months and he shows all Bills games. I've been watching the Jays on there all spring/summer and the streams are very, very reliable.
He'll probably give you a free trial for the preseason if you register, too.

I did, yeah. I haven't had a game lag on me at all the entire summer. I know he made some upgrades/changes so maybe it's due to that, or maybe there's a lot more traffic for Bills games that makes it lag from time to time. Not sure.

It has. It's a 720p source and my provider is now Level3 (same as netflix) so there should be no problems at all.
And it's .net not .com ;)

I have no problem with a $25 donation if I can be sure it won't get shut down in the middle of the season and the quality is good.

This is the only site I post info about my streams and I don't advertise anywhere else.. but if something does happen, I will gladly give you a refund.
This will now be my fourth year of streaming the Bills, and I never get blacked out, even if that were to happen, I have NFL Sunday ticket.

I just got the 3 month for $15. When that runs out I'll get another month for $6. The Bills season will be over by then.

Right now, only Akamai and a couple other CDNs offer it, but Level3 told me that they should have it very soon. When they do, I'll set it up for sure!

IMO you made the right choice.
I have been using XS for several years. While there were some problems a few years ago, the reliability and picture quality were unsurpassed last year. No dropouts, and good video quality. And it didn't get cut off mid-game.

XS....I just re-upped as well.
I used XS all last season and it is well worth it. Yes, there may have been a glitch or two at times...but XS was there, live, to explain what was happening and even assisted some on technical issues (including myself).....highly recommend this for those that don't have the option of watching on TV........trust me, it's much better than watching the helmet go back and forth on nfl.com.......THANKS !!

If you're already logged in, just click XS Live 1 in the top menu. If you're not logged in, it will automatically take you to XS1 upon logging in.

Thanks XS for a great stream and to anyone out there that's going to miss the Buffalo Bills play because of location I highly recommend you to everyone.
$6 for one month gives you the ability to test the stream quality without getting into a lot of money, (brilliant idea by the way)

Im going to say this again, but this is a public site so threads like this can easily be seen by people who dont like their games streamed. So if you lead them right to the site that is streaming then, the site is going to go down.
Now maybe XS has a deal with the NFL now that he is asking for a donation, but better safe than sorry.
In other words, use PM's.

I got that POS Clearwire for my ISP, cant even watch porn without it buffering all the time...
donated a couple of days ago but I am out of the country on some dirt slow internet hopefully the stream works on macs because I am only getting audio currently. I would love to not have to go to the bar to catch the game!

You should no problems at all on your MAC. The reason you had a black screen and only audio was because of an older version of flash which didn't have the H.264 codec.

Have you ever considered creating a private ROKU channel?
No cost to you. Looks like you can use your preexisting media server. Memberships can be managed through Roku and as the channel is private, only those that are certified donating members would be able to see the content.
Don't get me wrong, what you are doing now is beyond excellent! But the Roku is another medium source that can produce streaming HD service directly to the TV.
I use it for all sorts of services: Hulu, Netflix, Amazon Prime, JustinTV, Youtube - just to name a few.

Safari does have some problems with flash sometimes, try clearing your browsers cache first if you haven't already done so. Also right click on the player, choose Settings, then uncheck "enable Hardware Acceleration".
If that doesn't work try downloading Firefox or Chrome, and install flash for that browser.
