B: Christina Hendricks sold for more... Though the top bid was almost 10K more than the second bid fer her... This one was significantly closer.

On one hand, the win got you in the game and it's not like you outbid the second place guy by a lot... Also, 1/3 of the top 15 on the Maxim Hot 100 are now sold and, with the exception of Cameron Diaz (one of the first 5 sold) January is the cheapest one... and it's not really close.

The only negative is it cost over a quarter of your cap. I don't think 4 cards is gonna win this thing... Having a card with a high cap value might limit you in the future.

Then again, X somehow convinced syd to take a $104K bath by purchasing Kim Kardashian, so... There are much worse situations out there.

Buying Kim gets you a card and gets you on the playing field, just think it's a steep price to jump in at.
