All: The new Billszone site with the updated software is scheduled to be turned on Tuesday, May 21, 2024. The company that built it, Dynascale, estimates a FOUR HOUR shut down, from 8pm Pacific, (5pm Eastern) while they get it up and running. Nobody will be able to post in any forum until they are done. Afterwards, you may need to do a web search for the site, as old links will not work, because the site is getting a new IP address. Please be patient. If there are bugs, we will tackle them one at a time. Remember the goal is to be up and running with no glitches by camp. Doing this now assures us of that, because it gives us all summer to get our ducks in a row. Thank you!
Jessie Pegula just tweeted that her dad just bought a charter plane for the Sabres.
"The Sabres will be flying in style to Finland and Germany and for now on! dad just bought a new 787 Dreamliner, The players will not have to charter ever again!
Hmm, I don't know if I can believe this. Seems like too much plane for what the Sabres would need.
And are customers even receiving their Dreamliners yet? That plane was taking forever to produce and was falling behind deadline again and again. It would take years to fill a new order for one of these planes.

the dreamliner seats 210-290, which means it's way bigger than the Sabres would need.
This wouldn't be the first time that a sports team had to do a lot of traveling and bought their own plane because it turned out to be cheaper, but there is no way in hell a hockey team would need one that large.
