The Important First Cuts on 30th

With all 88 players vying for a roster spot on this team, some will have to seek employment elsewhere this Tuesday.

Though they gave their best, some just won't make the cut... This year, it seems pretty tough to guess who the first 8 off the island will be. Though they may be parted, there is still a chance that they will see, there... wait a minute I lost my train of thought.

Anyways, who are the 8 that go?

Levi Brown - See depth chart/performance
Danny Aiken - See depth chart
Reid Forrest - Ya know, I like this kid. If Moorman were any other punter (other than Lechler and Kluwe) I'd say Reid would overtake him, but I just don't see it happening.
Lionel Dotson - Though I did enjoy trains growing up, he's an ex-Fish... I think we've got the information necessary out of him.
Joshua Nesbitt - Not George Wilson
    Doyle Miller
Buster Davis - Got the Bust part right
Chris Kelsay - A guy can hope can't he?

When a man is off and bored on a Sunday and it's not football season yet, these are the threads that are started.

    Who ya got?
    Bye Bye Brady...

I think they are down to 87 after Torbor was put on IR.

I think Brown stays for the purpose of throwing him into the fire and take the majority of the snaps vs. Detroit to avoid injury to Fitz, Smith and Thigpen. But he'll get cut right after that game.

Really have no idea about anyone else. A few surprises could be Hangartner, David Martin, and Andra Davis though.

        My 7 would be...

        WR Craig Davis
        G Colin Brown
        OT Jason Watkins
        C Michael Switzer
        S Sidney Glover
        P Reid Forest
ILB Brad Jefferson or OLB Jamie Kirlew

The first cuts are going to tough to peg, because realistically there are a ton of guys that will eventually go and some, if not all, of these initial moves are going to be predicated on current injuries and what kind of roster the team needs to take into the game against Detroit.

I would hope the Bills can pick up some OL cuts from other teams.

No sense of drafting a list when YardRat has it perfectly. Well done.

I can't see how they'd cut a WR already with the wealth of injuries at the position. That's the whole reason they brought in Martin to begin with. Davis should be gone by second cuts, as should any other WR.

And I think they cut certain vets (if they are gonna cut them at all) at this cut to give them a chance to catch on with another team.
