how good is xs live i usually goto another one some freeszing quality ok how good is this quality

xs live doesn't freeze but it's not HD watching on a smaller screen may be clearer but on my 52" it's roughly vhs quality, after being use to games in HD it wasn't enough for me. The nfl.com stream is legit HD it's crystal clear on my 52" every bit as good as directv HD. Well worth $5 IMO.
