Wow. That is a shocker. Going to have Luke McKown start until Blaine Gabbert up to speed. Gabbert is going to be a good player, but I am surprised by this.

1. The Jags are cheap.
2. If Garrard is not going to be the answer and they have their mind made up they really don't want to play him, why pay him good money and keep him around? Might as well have a stop gap until the rookie is ready to play, or be thrown into the fire.

Doubt it. I think they don't want to pay him because they know Gabbert will be ready sooner than they thought. Gabbert is going to be good, and Garrard's contract calls for him to make $8M this year.Originally posted by DraftBoy

It was all true what he was saying. And yet, I thought something is brewing inside the head of this Coach.
He sees something in me, some kind of raw talent that he can mold. But that's when I felt the handcuffs go on.
