The last time I checked the line it was Buffalo +5. So who will in the Against the Point Spread?
Smart Money is on.... the Bills. According the Vegas sportsbook and odds makers this game is in Buffalo's advantage and the smart money takes the Bills and the five points. The Bills are playing at home, they have a new beefed up D-Line, and what appears to be healthy Shawn Marriman, while the Chiefs are facing multiple injuries including an injury to Matt Cassel which will limit him. Last year the game came down to a field goal, and this year the end result might also come down to a field goal. Smart money is on the Bills.
Personal Observation:
This is a very winnable game for the Bills. They have to come out very strong on offense. A lot will resent on this makeshift O-Line. If they give Fits time, the offense can move the ball, and score while keeping KC 's offense on the bench. The second big key to the game is: can last years worst run defense contain last years best run offense? If the Bills run defense can muster some resistance and force Cassel to throw this could mean mistakes from an injured QB, it means more 3 and outs, and finally it means we will have a more rested defense come the fourth quarter and Finally it means that the pressure will be squarely on KC.
