That's unfortunate. Neither were starters, but both are pretty important to the O and D, IMO.

That's too bad, I'd like to someday see what we have in Easley.

Hopefully whatever this illness is goes away in time for him to play in the next game.

                        Re: Easley & Troup out

We have Easley sick, Roscoe one hit away from IR, 2 guys (Jones and Nelson) with about 50 career catches between them, plus our 3rd QB, to go with Johnson.

I'm sure glad we don't have that old, unproductive, one trick pony Lee Evans anymore.
Should have known, way back in 1960 when we drafted Richie Lucas Number 1, that this would be a long, hard ride. But who could have known it would be THIS bad?

                          Actually combined 49 receptions 566 yards and 4 TD's.

Lee Evans had 37 receptions 578 yards and 4 TD's. Only 6 more receptions and 1 more TD than an undrafted rookie free agent who isn't even a full time stater.

Yeah, we sure are set now at WR.

You don't win by salary dumping your good, veteran players, and hoping that unproven guys can develop beyond their one and only half decent season.

Spiller should get a bunch of opportunities lining up on the outside.

Let's see what this kid might have to add to the receiving game.
