This DOES NOT TAKE INTO EFFECT the "hotness factor" of the girls. Since "beauty is in the eye of the beholder," I'd need to have multiple people rank each team from best to worst to get a fair "hotness factor."

No, they aren't "official." Pretty sure Bedard is going to have some sort of vote for that.

ES, well, personally, I'm not a big Pink fan... Don't know what people see in her. That's the problem... As the disclaimer says, ratings don't take into effect the "hotness factor." Reason being, the only true way to get a "hotness factor" would be to have people vote on each team, judging them from best to worst in "team hotness." I'd need 5 people (4 others, including myself) to make the vote work. So far, nobody has been interested.

So, the rankings are based on three factors: How many cards you have, how much cap space you have remaining and how much you pay for a card on average (so, 2 cards at a total of $70K would be an average of $35K).

If the time ever comes where people are interested enough to vote on a "hotness factor," it can certainly be incorporated. The spreadsheet is already set up to accomodate it, it's just not currently calcualted, because of the lack of people willing to vote.
