    Bell does his job

Bell established that Hali wasn't going to be much of a problem from the get-go. On the second play from scrimmage, the Bills were in a four-wide shotgun set and Fitzpatrick sent wide receiver David Nelson in motion to the right then sent him back left and positioned him as a blocker. Fitzpatrick handed off to Jackson, who headed toward the left edge and Hali tried to speed rush Bell who kept pushing Hali left while Jackson cut inside for a 9-yard gain.

On the next play, the Bills were in an I-formation and Fitzpatrick handed off to Jackson on a stretch play. Jackson started running left and Hali was in pursuit but Jackson again cut back toward the middle while Bell pushed Hali toward the edge and Jackson, after breaking a tackle, gained 5 yards. Berry tore his ACL on the play and is out for the season.

It's interesting to note that Hali used a headslap on Pears on his only sack, which has been illegal for awhile, yet wasn't called.
