ST. LOUIS (AP) -- St. Louis Rams backup quarterback Marc Bulger has signed a one-year contract.
Terms were not disclosed, the team said Thursday.
Bulger will be a restricted free agent after the 2003 season. If Bulger goes to another team, the Rams would receive a draft pick as compensation....
