    Williams Hoping for Healthy Season in 2003
    INDIANAPOLIS – The situation seemed perfect. A new head coach, a new system, and most importantly, that new coach believed in Josh Williams.

    The new coach? Colts Head Coach Tony Dungy.

    The new system?

    A one-gap style of defense. The system emphasizes quickness and athletic ability, and soon after Dungy arrived in the 2002 off-season, he said he believed Williams – then in his third NFL season – was perfect for the situation.
