Ralph makes three really interesting points:

      1) He likes how their taking other team's cuts and making them into good players.

      2) Buddy has shown him why you need a football man in charge of football.

      3) He's not in it for the money, but for the love of the game.

I don't hate Ralph, but these comments are somewhat telling.
Should have known, way back in 1960 when we drafted Richie Lucas Number 1, that this would be a long, hard ride. But who could have known it would be THIS bad?

Nice to see Ralph can admit his mistakes. Now it is time to put Lou Saban up on the Wall where he belongs as the only HC that has won a Championship with the Bills.

I spoke with a 94 year old man at work the other day. He was in great shape for his age and very "with it". If ralph is in any similar condition we shouldn't be worrying about the Bills moving at this time.

I heard ralph has a fractured hip. i think we should IR him and call Pegula up off the practice squad. these aren't easy decisions but we have to do what is best for the team.

"I finally found out after all these years you have to have a scout ... a football guy, as your general manager. He's got to go out and see the player, talk to the player, talk to his family, see how interested he is in the game. That's what Buddy does."

Polian and Butler were pretty much scouts. He got rid of both.

kind of a fluff interview. a lot of places to ask some harder questions. Like the fact he had scouts who did great jobs that he walked out of here.

how about a simple one of, "buffalo seems to be really getting excited about hockey season now and a lot of that is due to money being poured into the infrastructure of a new owner. They picked players, they picked fan projects, they seem to be winning on the PR battle. What do the Bills intend to do to answer this elevation in expectations?"
