The Chargers have a new ticket policy for the 2003 season that will make it either easier or harder to get a seat for the always-popular Raiders game.
It all depends on your interpretation of the policy – and your willingness to gamble.
Last year, you might remember, the Chargers forced fans buying fewer than 25 tickets for the Raiders game to purchase an equal number of tickets to two other games. Groups buying 25 or more tickets had to purchase an equal number of tickets to one other game....
