    The Heart of a Champion

"We are 1-0 in our Division, we must continue to work, we will play them again."

Some of the first words spoken to the media coming from a steely eyed RB that just helped carry his Football team over one of the biggest humps the Franchise has ever seen. It was a victory so big former Hall of fame RB Thurman Thomas made a surprising entrance giving Jackson a huge bear hug during his Post game interview as a tribute to the momentous occasion. In the Bills 3-0 start to the 2011 season Fred Jackson has scored 3 TD's, averaging over 6.4 yards per carry and over 100 yards per game. You can also tack on another 115 yards through the air. More important then the yardage was the timing, Fred Jackson made plays when it mattered most at critical times of a Football game. None no bigger then the TD that never quite made it, the day the the Bills finally beat the Patriots, Sunday, September 25, 2011.
