All: The new Billszone site with the updated software is scheduled to be turned on Tuesday, May 21, 2024. The company that built it, Dynascale, estimates a FOUR HOUR shut down, from 8pm Pacific, (5pm Eastern) while they get it up and running. Nobody will be able to post in any forum until they are done. Afterwards, you may need to do a web search for the site, as old links will not work, because the site is getting a new IP address. Please be patient. If there are bugs, we will tackle them one at a time. Remember the goal is to be up and running with no glitches by camp. Doing this now assures us of that, because it gives us all summer to get our ducks in a row. Thank you!
There is work to be done and things to be learned. We are going to try to get the old look back - or something close to it. We also know there are bugs. A thread will be started to report bugs and then we can pass those onto the host.
Thank you for all the patience and support with this - hopefully this will greatly reduce the crashes and other site issues we have had lately.
Please use this thread to report any issues you come across

The Chargers fins game will be blacked out this Sunday because more than 6,000 seats remain unsold.
Despite being very good for the last decade & picked by some to go to the Super Bowl this year, The Chargers can't sell this game out. If ANY team moves to LA this should be it. They started there anyway so they would just be going home.
I'm surprised. It should be be an easy win for the home team.
"'Clean up your room.', 'Stand up straight.', 'Pick up your feet.', 'Take it like a man.', 'Be nice to your sister.', 'Don't mix beer and wine, ever.'. Oh yeah, 'Don't drive on the railroad track.'"
Half the teams in the NFL can't sell out anymore. Economy sucks. Tickets are too expensive.

Everything I'm reading says they are the #1 target of the LA group, for this very reason. They were once the LA Chargers (1960-61) and it could very well happen again.
Anonymity is an abused privilege, abused most by people who mistake vitriol for wisdom and cynicism for wit
i hate teams moving whether it is the bills or not.
moving teams creates bandwagon fans. and if they are successful right away, watch how excited they are. just keep the teams where they are. we are all displaced and love who we love. just because a new team in LA shows up doesn't mean people are going to **** themselves to go to games.
they've failed twice. and they don't support the dodgers or kings. they don't care about anything other than laker basketball. and that's not hard for 20k worth of seats to fill up in the second largest city in america.

So very true. Most teams and stadiums have priced out the average fan. You know it's bad when Buffalo is one of the cheapest tickets in the NFL and it cost around $50 for a crappy seat to attend a game there.
Add in parking, gas for commuting there, money for tailgating and the costs of stuff in the stadium a lot of the population can't afford it or isn't willing to spend the money to attend the game. Especially with so many people unemployed/underemployed or working low wage jobs or haven't received raises in years.
Between the raising ticket prices, job layoffs and the destruction of middle class pay a large percentage of the population is priced out of going to the games anymore.

Agreed & the NFL Makes A LOT of MONEY from television. If the NFL ever moved the Bills they would lose MANY TV VIEWERS & MANY people that subscribe to the Sunday Ticket.
I don't care how much more they could make on the Luxury Boxes in LA compared to Buffalo. They would lose more revenue if you calculate how much a viewer is worth which networks & advertisers do than they would take in on those boxes.
