Happened in 1980: Went 5-0, including a road win in San Diego against Coryell's Chargers....then come home to lay an egg against the 0-5 Colts.
I've seen this waaaay too many times in the last 44 seasons to even get excited anymore.Comment

Then game 7 they went and laid another egg in Miami.
Then in game 15 they laid one in New England 24-2.
