How Much ??????? If teams get distracted by media attention then NE should suck every week. If there was ever a team that the media kisses butt to. it's them. We flat out got beat, not only by the Bengals but by our own mistakes.
poor secondary play, poor d-line play, yes even Fitz couldn't get on track.. We lost the same way we beat other teams. They scored more points. The question now becomes "how well will they play next week" They sure didn't seem to want it as much as Cinnci in the second half. No excuses, we lost !!

So, why didn't we win when we got little or no attention for the last 10 years? We lost because we didn't have a good enough team and we were out coached. Today we were out played . I never thought we were going to have a 16-0 season. So this game is no surprise. Anything can happen on a Sunday. Let's see how they come out next week. NE beat Oakland after losing a game they were picked to win against us. We need to do the same.
