Every week Merriman is getting hold and no Fn calls when are they gonna give him the calls

They did actually call one today, believe it or not!
He did get a sack today too!

They aren't. Holding (and outright choking and/or tackling) is an acceptable blocking technique in today's NFL.

I remember watching the most blatant hold against Merriman today when the lineman had his arm wrapped around Merriman's neck. I was livid when it wasn't flagged.

yea every week im seeing this hold and when we do its a calls then im reading these fans on here talking about he aint doing nothing he is putting pressure but getting held every time

That has happened 4 or 5 times to him in every game this year, unreal....

Hes actually playing very well. But these no calls are killing his numbers.

Pats game was the worst, but yeah, if the refs were paying attention and kept the players in check, he could have some nice numbers at this point. I don't like ifs though.

Vick's one tough cookie, you have to give the guy credit for coming back strong late in the game, Eagles whole season was on the line

lucky for us it wasn't enough...

Sure does seem like that... and it probably explains why the offenses are dominating the D's in the league this year


Obviously the NFL want's scoring up... there have been some flagrant holds that are not being called and that IMO has pushed the advantage to far towards the Offenses.
