Did anyone else see this during the Jets/Pats* game on Sunday?

What do you guys think they were up to? They obviously weren't trying to hide the camera, but wouldn't this be violation of NFL policy (ie Spygate all over again)? It wouldn't be beyond the Jets to do something unsavory... recall the sideline trip on that kick return from a year or two ago?

Yes, it has been confirmed that they were filming. However, it was completely legal. See NFL Rules. It's a non-issue.

If they were trying to spy, I'm willing to give the Jets enough credit that they wouldn't make it that stupidly obvious.

I don't know. This is the same Jets sideline that was pretty blatant about tripping a Miami punt returner last year. Subtlelty ain't their strong point.

If they were filming, it didn't work.

I think the shine is falling of the Jets. They actually called 1 infraction on NFL/media darling Revis...IMO, he holds, shoves, or interferes about 10 times per game.
