The Bills D = 2009 Saints D

Mark Schlereth and Trey Wingo both just said on Colin Cowherd that The Bills defense is exactly like the 2009 Saints. The Saints defense got tons of turnovers that year, and the Bills are excellent at stripping balls and creating TO's. They said the Bills stripping the ball like they are is taught.

They said turnovers usually come in bunches, and they don't see that going away against turnover happy Eli.

Cool.

Of course Colin Cowherd (who lives in New England) kept saying, 'Oh my gosh, you really believe that crap. Ugh.'

Although it's still too early to compare our D to a SB D, Cowherd thinks Romo is clutch. Nuff said.

I recently read an article on how the 49ers were looking to strip the ball against the Eagles because of how their runners and receivers carried it. Apparently Buffalo went for a similar strategy and it worked for both teams.

Never mind two teams won the SB with an explosive offense and giving up huge chunks of yds/game on defense (both among the worst in the league) but were tops in the league in turnover ratio.
