Fear ?: Buffalo Is Toughest Foe To Date For Giants

Are the 4-1 Buffalo Bills the best team the New York Giants have faced so far in 2011? There probably should not be much doubt that the answer to that question is 'yes.'
The Philadelphia Eagles are 1-4. The Washington Redskins are 3-1, but are you buying into them yet? I'm not. Seattle? St. Louis? Arizona? Please! No one would believed it when the schedule came out, but the Bills are without question the best team the Giants have played so far this season.

    Meh - this game's a coin flip.

The Giants can be goaded into mistakes, like the Eagles. And unlike the Eagles, the Bills won't have to worry about a scrambling threat at QB or a running game (the Giants are 28th in yards and 2nd-to-last in YPC). The name of the game will be blitzing Manning and getting him to throw up ducks.

Unfortunately, this seems like one of those matchups where the team playing at home pulls it out.

Beware of the home field advantage. We are not too far removed from that Bengals game. Remember how much barking fans and media did over the officiating in that game. It's something that could easily happen again. Just saying.

Well since home teams are given 3 points, this game is a pick em. On NFL Network today it showed the 4-1 teams. The Bills have had the hardest schedule so far with their opponents winning .500. Next was the Pats* with their opponents at over .470 After that the winning percentage of the other teams opponents dropped like a rock

I like the matchup for the Bills. Eli has been known to throw up some INTs and the Bills have been getting plenty of those this year. Plus, the Giants are pretty banged up right now. Jacobs, Snee, Tuck, and Umineyora all injured and questionable if any are going to be playing this week.

Especially when you consider how home field officiating is becoming an advantage.

If the Giants lack a running game this week like last then I think we win this game becuz we will blitz and wreak havoc.
