"We don't have a player on our team that practices harder every day," said assistant head coach Dave Wannstedt.
Wilson is the take-charge traffic cop.
"He is a great communicator to let everybody know exactly where we are and making sure everybody is on the same page," said coach Chan Gailey.
Leadership and big plays by Barnett and Wilson have helped the Bills get off to a 4-1 start entering today's game against the New York Giants at MetLife Stadium.
