Bills DT Williams to miss at least another game
ORCHARD PARK, N.Y. (AP)—Buffalo Bills starting defensive tackle Kyle Williams will miss at least another game to rest a nagging left foot injury, and it’s uncertain when he’ll be healthy enough to play this season.
Though the Bills (4-2) are entering their bye week, coach Chan Gailey already has ruled out Williams from playing against the Washington Redskins on Oct. 30. Gailey says Williams could miss a second game before having his injury re-evaluated.
Gailey hasn’t disclosed the exact nature of the injury, though he noted it’s one that will bother the player for the rest of the season. Williams aggravated the foot during a 31-24 win over Philadelphia two weeks ago, and missed last weekend’s game against the New York Giants.
Williams wore a protective boot on his left foot on Wednesday.
