All: The new Billszone site with the updated software is scheduled to be turned on Tuesday, May 21, 2024. The company that built it, Dynascale, estimates a FOUR HOUR shut down, from 8pm Pacific, (5pm Eastern) while they get it up and running. Nobody will be able to post in any forum until they are done. Afterwards, you may need to do a web search for the site, as old links will not work, because the site is getting a new IP address. Please be patient. If there are bugs, we will tackle them one at a time. Remember the goal is to be up and running with no glitches by camp. Doing this now assures us of that, because it gives us all summer to get our ducks in a row. Thank you!
There is work to be done and things to be learned. We are going to try to get the old look back - or something close to it. We also know there are bugs. A thread will be started to report bugs and then we can pass those onto the host.
Thank you for all the patience and support with this - hopefully this will greatly reduce the crashes and other site issues we have had lately.
Please use this thread to report any issues you come across

The offense, not potent to begin with, is likely to be without its starting left tackle, right guard, top receiver, tight end and running back for a tough task against the Bills this week.

So we're both beat up. I watched the game vs Carolina and they didn't look good. I still think we beat them. Thing that worries me is their pass rush but I think we can overcome that by using quick passes. Bills 23-13
Good article. When they talked about Carriker, Kerrigan and Orakpo, it reminded me strongly of another team we've played already: the Chiefs. They've got a stud pass rusher (Hali/Orakpo), a rookie OLB (Houston/Kerrigan), and a pretty good pass rusher on the DL (Gilberry, Carriker).
But then the Chiefs seem to have a better run D (4.1 YPC vs. 4.6 for the Redskins).

I think we can also overcome their pass rush with a heavy dose of Fred Jackson running the ball, some touches for CJ, mixing in the wildcat, and some quick screens and shovel passes.
One thing I was a little shocked to read is how well teams have run the ball against them the past two weeks. 367 yards (4.9/carry) is a lot. Great news for FredEx Delivery.
I think we need to make Shanahan remember that he passed on Buffalo.
I remember that one fateful day when Coach took me aside. I knew what was coming. "You don't have to tell me," I said. "I'm off the team, aren't I?" "Well," said Coach, "you never were really ON the team. You made that uniform you're wearing out of rags and towels, and your helmet is a toy space helmet. You show up at practice and then either steal the ball and make us chase you to get it back, or you try to tackle people at inappropriate times."
It was all true what he was saying. And yet, I thought something is brewing inside the head of this Coach.
He sees something in me, some kind of raw talent that he can mold. But that's when I felt the handcuffs go on.
as bad as the injury bug has been for the bills, they aren't carrying themselves like the broken unit washington is. i get the sense shanahan has worn out his welcome with these players.
