I don't think I buy that... Have you clicked the weigh scales bottom right of the person you're trying to rep? Remove your thanks 1st... Then re-apply thanks after real repping.

I get a message "you have given out too much rep in the last 24 hours, try again later." I get that message often. Anyway around that?
