5-2 and two FG away from 7-0. they have not played a bad game all year. like it or not in the era of watered down football the Bills are one of the best 10 teams in the game if not the top seven. We as fans need to stop *****ing, complaining and worrying. Barring a total collapse this team is winning 9 if not 10. They have a little more than 50/50 chance of winning 12 (loses at the Jets and Pats).

Unless they collapse, it is time to enjoy the ride. It's not the Kelly-era but I'll take this over the grEGG-head, Mularky, Jauron-era any day, all day.

Sure, they haven't always been great, but they have been in every game. Sunday's are fun again.

I'm surprised by those that do complain..

I'm definitely satisfied with our direction.. Not sure if we will make the playoffs and I still feel it will be a heluva a struggle down the stretch, but barring a complete collapse I will be very optimistic going forward.

Our worst performance of the season was against the Bengals...and that can easily be chalked up to an emotional letdown after the NE win as well as letting our guard down after getting out to an easy 17-3 lead. This team should be in any game from here on out, and I like the collective football IQ of our leaders (Gailey and Fitz) to get it done in crunch time situations. After seven weeks, there is no longer any doubt about it - this team is a legitimate playoff contender and as a long-suffering fan I am loving it.

How negative does a person have to be to come up with this statement? Gimme a break.

people complain too much when I ***** after wins- I just don't have the time or the energy to fight it out anymore.

But anyway, I'm cautiously optimistic. This team has some serious flaws that can be exploited by better teams, and as Buffalo fans, we're all aware of the propensity for epic collapse. That being said, the team is playing well and it looks like we'll finally get something that I always say I want that we haven't had since 2004: a season where every game matters.

I'm so sick of seasons where the last 6-8 weeks do nothing but determine our draft position. Yes, I realize that it comes dangerously close to the reduced standards that I always accuse Buffalo fans of having, but we are only guaranteed 16 games a season. It's more fun when every one of them matters.

We're not out of the woods yet.I don't think many are saying anything about "being out of the woods". Most are simply enjoying the fact that the Bills are 5 - 2 and significantly better than most expected.

Actually, we're 8 pts from being 7-0, two FG's would only get us to 5-0-2.

We should be at least 6-1...the Giants loss I can live with, but conference losses like the Bengals one hurt, and could come back to haunt us. If we win next week I'll have no complaints whatsoever.

And that makes up what percentage of 5-2 teams?

Like saying airline passengers are not "out of the woods" until it lands.
