The next step in this team's growth is to....

Beat a good team on the road.

They improvement in this team this season has been damn impressive. They beat the Patriots. They had a comeback against the Raiders. They held on against the Eagles. Last year, those games would have been losses.

They have blown out bad teams - like a good team should. Last year those teams would have kept it close and who knows what would have happened.

The next step is beat a good team on the road. Winning two of these four games - at Dallas, at San Deigo, at the Jets or at New Englans would be the next big step for this team. And most likely wrap a playoff spot (and the AFC East if they beat the Patriots.)

Get it done Chan and crew!

That, indeed, is the next step! However, don't be overly hard on them for NOT accomplishing this this year. The team is very young, and generally, as a team matures, they start winning the important road games on their schedule. Hopefully, they belie their age and win a few of them to qualify for the playoffs. I think they've shown that they are capable.

This. That's a tall order to ask them to win any of those 4 games, especially when all 4 will be fighting for the playoffs as well. Truth be told they just need to split with the jets, sweep the fins, and win their remaining home games for the playoffs to be a near-lock. Even if it's a one-and-done playoff year, it will be valuable experience and prepare us for tough roadies next year.
        Oh no!...We suck again!

Going to be tough. In those games they really could go anywhere from 0-4 to 4-0 and it wouldn't really be a shocker.

I just have a feeling that the Bills are going into Foxboro in week 17 and coming out with a W, and then getting a week off and a home playoff game.

It's crucial to beat the Jets once this year. A sweep of of Dolphins is also necessary.
