I just read on Profootballtalk.com the Browns just cut Robiskie because they needed a roster spot. A 2nd rnd pick in 09 by the Browns. Has to go through waivers.

Re: Brian Robiskie available
Wasted draft pick by Cleveland.
Robiskie is horrible. I still laugh when he was being touted the most NFL ready WR in that draft class.
Someone on the Browns board put it best... "I would have thought that "The Most NFL Ready" receiver coming out of college that year could "get separation." I guess he did. From the team!"

Re: Brian Robiskie available
He'll get invited to somebody's training camp next summer. I don't see a team adding him at this time of year unless said team's WR corps has been decimated by injury. You're not going to add him unless he's a clear upgrade, and he isn't.I've made up my mind. Don't confuse me with the facts.
I'm the most reasonable poster here. If you don't agree, I'll be forced to have a hissy fit.

Easy way to look at it. Cleveland's biggest problem is lack of playmakers on the offensive side of the football. So they release a guy who was supposed to be a playmaker...what does that tell you?

Re: Brian Robiskie available
We have enough possession guys already, plus Donald Jones is almost ready to come back. Can't see adding a recever at this point.Should have known, way back in 1960 when we drafted Richie Lucas Number 1, that this would be a long, hard ride. But who could have known it would be THIS bad?
