Jet's had a better offense today and have a better defense overall. Jackson's lost fumble really hurt, as well.

Low percentage deep passes at the wrong times.

One screen.

Jackson run into a pile everytime, as opposed to running wide.

Piss-poor play calling.

Makeup for the fact the Bills beat the Pats in Buffalo a few weeks back.

Poor officiating, game is at home, a division rivalry, and the Jets, coming off their bye week, won an extremely ugly game big. It's all the hallmarks of your typical Bills home game against the Patriots. Instead, it was the Jets this year.

There's time to make up for this in Jersey later in the year.

I said it earlier in the year. We need to play basically perfect and get every bounce to go our way to beat the upper echelon teams in this league.

The good part is, there isn't many upper echelon teams in this league. However we need to beat the Jets in New Jersey now. These next 3 weeks will tell you where this season is headed.

Poor execution, poor coaching, poor officiating, and we lost the turnover battle.

Fitz was confused all day. Obviously Gailey did a piss poor job getting him prepped this week.

TOP: Jets - 37:52 Bills - 22:08

Defense couldn't get off the field and the offense couldn't stay on.

The Bills were beat on both sides of the ball.

Why?
Too many overthrown and dropped passes on offense. The Bills offense also failed to be effective in stretching the field vertically. You don't need that in every game. But, against a defense that tackles well, have big, physical db's like the Jets have, you need to be effective vertically in the passing game, or you lose a lot of those games. The Bills are too heavily dependent on timing routes and yards after the catch, to beat a team that is good at disrupting routes by receivers. I could be wrong, but that is my interpretation of what I saw out there today.

The Bills lost today because the coaches did not have the players ready to play.

Yet another great job by DC Edwards?Yeah, I think the Bills defense did all they could do to keep the Bills in the fight. They were just wore out by the end of the 3rd quarter and got no help from the Bills offense at all. It was the worst display of offense by the Bills all year. JMO

We're a year away from having a solid roster. Improving but vulnerable.

I didn't see the first half but it was only 3-0 at the start of the third quarter between ordering my first beer and 3 sips off that said beer we had 2 turnovers and the Jets capitalized on both with points. That puts us playing catch up and in my opinion we have never been very good at that.

Turnovers!
