I know he is only a red shirt Soph but he looks like he has all the tools for a NFL QB. Great size and big arm. Is this guy going to be a top prospect in a few years?

Inconsistent so far, and I really don't like the way he throws on the move which is a bit disturbing since he's a mobile guy.

I want to see how he develops over this off season before trying to assess his stock.
