NFL wives stay in the hunt

Monica Ambrose and Sheree Buchanan, wives of New Orleans Saints cornerback Ashley Ambrose and Falcons cornerback Ray Buchanan, will last at least one more episode of "The Amazing Race."

Thursday night, the duo stayed alive in the CBS reality show in which two-person teams race around the world for $1 million. Chief among the challenges in Thursday's show was wading through a pile of manure to find a clue buried in its depths. Watching the show at home, Buchanan's husband was stunned.

Race over for NFL wives

The Amazing Race ended Thursday night for Atlanta's team, Sheree Buchanan and Monica Ambrose.

On the CBS reality show in which 12 teams set out to race around the world in pursuit of $1 million, Buchanan and Ambrose, best friends and the wives of Falcons cornerback Ray Buchanan and Saints cornerback Ashley Ambrose, became the sixth team to be eliminated.

Buchanan and Ambrose were the seventh and last team to reach a check point in Mumbai, India, causing both to dissolve into tears and hugs....
