Since we have enough o line depth, I was hoping Nix will go raid some other teams' practice squads to fill those two spots. We got Urbik that way, so it can be done. Just wondering if there are any high upside guys on some practice squads out there that we could steal. Any ideas?

How about Moss & T.O., that'll create a spark.

That would be too funny.

Yeah. Lets bump up some more guys that shouldn't be on an NFL roster. Just like Donald Jones. This team blows.

One of the two slots (if not both) need be an OT.

I know several of us have already asked this but I'll ask again: Why is Brad Smith not involved in the ****ing passing game?

The guy is 6' 2" with a 4.46 40 time and a 39 1/2 inch vertical!!!! Get him involved in downfield pass plays for **** sakes.

Well, then, what else do you suggest? Because apparently, if they "belong[ed] on an NFL roster" than they'd be on an NFL roster, and there would be NOBODY available.

No - and I doubt he will be for at least another week, maybe longer.
We still have two free spots though, as both Wood and White went to IR.

I'd like to see an OLB who has pass rush ability given a shot - although I wouldn't know who. O-Line might still be a consideration, but I think much depends on how fit Bell and Hairston are. If Hairston is ok to go this weekend, and Bell could also play if needed, then I can see them looking elsewhere.
