All: The new Billszone site with the updated software is scheduled to be turned on Tuesday, May 21, 2024. The company that built it, Dynascale, estimates a FOUR HOUR shut down, from 8pm Pacific, (5pm Eastern) while they get it up and running. Nobody will be able to post in any forum until they are done. Afterwards, you may need to do a web search for the site, as old links will not work, because the site is getting a new IP address. Please be patient. If there are bugs, we will tackle them one at a time. Remember the goal is to be up and running with no glitches by camp. Doing this now assures us of that, because it gives us all summer to get our ducks in a row. Thank you!
This is only a test
There is work to be done and things to be learned. We are going to try to get the old look back - or something close to it. We also know there are bugs. A thread will be started to report bugs and then we can pass those onto the host.
Thank you for all the patience and support with this - hopefully this will greatly reduce the crashes and other site issues we have had lately.
Please use this thread to report any issues you come across

Pats originally drafted Welch in 7th round out of Vanderbilt in 2010. Cut him after camp that year and he was signed to the Vikings PS for 2010.
The Vikings cut him after camp this year, and the Pats signed him to their PS. They have signed him to the roster a couple times to back-fill due to injuries to OT Sebastian Vollmer. Every time he was cut they re-signed him to the PS. He spent a total of 3 games active and the rest on the PS.
He hasn't played much on game day because he was more for insurance, but they did use him as an extra OL in jumbo sets.
HE is a tall kid 6-6+ with long arms. He started his college career as a TE before converting to OT (the Pats love OT who played TE in the past). He isn't necessarily the most athletic guy, but he does have a big frame that could allow him to play heavier, which seems to fit what the Bills like. He plays at about 310#.
Usually the reason a guy gets cut from a team's PS is someone became available that the cutting team coveted, the guy they cut was considered by the cuting team as the guy they'd miss the least down the road. That's not much of an endorsement, but perhaps NE thought that tackle was an area of strength for the team, and Welch was not in their future.
I've made up my mind. Don't confuse me with the facts.
I'm the most reasonable poster here. If you don't agree, I'll be forced to have a hissy fit.
