Don't fire anyone. Just demote them to backups. Haven't you seen the depth problems of this team enough? The last thing they need is to jettison what little depth they have. This isn't like the Sabres where one obvious millstone (e.g. Tim Connolly) is holding the entire team back. This team doesn't have enough NFL caliber players. Cutting what few they do have helps nobody.
