This Bills have a poor defensive scheme and a backup QB who just is not that good as the leader, I am actually fine if they just started over again, this Gailey experiment is not going to work. He is too stubborn. Too many teams have turned the corner by getting the right coach, Gailey is not the right coach, and Fitz most certainly, they need to see is not close to being the right QB.
