All: The new Billszone site with the updated software is scheduled to be turned on Tuesday, May 21, 2024. The company that built it, Dynascale, estimates a FOUR HOUR shut down, from 8pm Pacific, (5pm Eastern) while they get it up and running. Nobody will be able to post in any forum until they are done. Afterwards, you may need to do a web search for the site, as old links will not work, because the site is getting a new IP address. Please be patient. If there are bugs, we will tackle them one at a time. Remember the goal is to be up and running with no glitches by camp. Doing this now assures us of that, because it gives us all summer to get our ducks in a row. Thank you!

Re: What would you give for a healthy Peyton Manning??
A deal for Manning is going to be tough both ways. The Colts will obviously want a ton in return if he checks out healthy and no team is going to feel very comfortable handing over multiple premium picks for a guy with a medical history like his. I think it may take until July to make a deal.
I see Miami, Cleveland, Kansas City, Jacksonville, Washington, Seattle and the Harbaugh teams as the most likely choices. You'd imagine Indy would want to ship him out of conference which would make Washington, Seattle and possibly SF the leaders. You'd also imagine Manning himself would be given some say in the destination. I could see him feeling pretty good about all three of those options, with San Francisco being the obvious favorite with its D and weapons at receiver spots.
That makes the Bills a long shot, especially since Buddy won't sacrifice his picks on anything that would sidetrack his plan.
Re: What would you give for a healthy Peyton Manning??
Nothing. He is too old and now has the serious neck injury. He would hurt our development, either of Fitz, or the young QB we may be drafting.
Should have known, way back in 1960 when we drafted Richie Lucas Number 1, that this would be a long, hard ride. But who could have known it would be THIS bad?

The question was what would you give for a healthy Peyton Manning ,
Myself personally, I would be willing to give up a lot. Peyton Manning is a proven Championship Caliber future HOF QB that when healthy can read and pick defenses apart.
Are you kidding me, I would give up my left nut to see Peyton in a Bills Uni, hehe

Yeah this thread is kind of pointless because Manning is not healthy & may never even play again. Even if he does play, I don't think you could consider him healthy and he is also old.
