But Lindy Ruff just dropped this bombshell: The Sabres
are calling up a forward from the Amerks today to replace an unnamed forward who
was injured last night in Columbus. Ruff wouldn't give up the identity of either
party.

That means Vanek might be hurt, this is not a good thing at all.

Riley Boychuk was added back to ROC from ECHL, as well as ROC signing Rankin to a PTO, other than that, no transactions listed yet.

yep. was originally speculated that vanek/poms were hurt, but turns it out it was staff
