they should have had him sit the year out, this kid is too important to the league let alone the team to let him go the way of lindros. I hope this doesnt end up being career ending, but its starting to look like it may be.

Crosby is done, he can't handle NHL hits & doens't have a nutjob like McSorley to guard him like Gretzky did. I heard a story about Marty & it's pretty sick, so all I'll say is that Wayne didn't take as much punishment as Syd the Kid does today.
