JUN 30 (afternoon)--The true home of the Kansas City Chiefs is KCTV5, Meredith Broadcasting's CBS affiliate in Kansas City. KCTV5 recently secured the pre-season rights to telecast four Chiefs pre-season games via the newly formed Chiefs Television Network.
KCTV5, the flagship television station of the Chiefs Television Network, has expanded the pre-season network to include 12 Midwest affiliates, including KWCH in Wichita, WIBW in Topeka, KXVO in Omaha, KDEB in Springfield, KMIZ in Columbia, KODE in Joplin, KWBT in Tulsa, Sioux City's KMEG, KYXA/KFXB in Cedar Rapids, KPWB in Des Moines and KQTV in St. Joseph.
