Well the worse Fitz plays and Gailey coaches the better chance Fitz is cut and Gailey is fired. Both are not the answers.Comment

This is not a talented team beyond a handful of starters many of which are on IR. I'm not sure what Gailey is supposed to do with that. I can't be certain he should be the one taking the fall when a team that was 100% healthy was overacheiving by all accounts.Comment

I think you are on the right track here. Good teams have a deep line up. The bills are not a good team. Nix has been cleaning house when it comes to years of terrible drafts. The focus appears to have been on building the starting 22 but building depth comes with time and a string of good drafts. The first 7 games of this season were won with the "opening day starters". When the injury bug hits (and it always does), teams will depth problems will make their way to the bottom (the bills did this to say the least). I don't care about the rash of injuries that the team has suffered. I mean, seriously. At some point it's time to recognize that teams make their own luck & that they must be doing something fundamentally & profoundly bad as a unit to go from being the feel good story of the League early on to being the miserable laughing stock again...
Someone needs to be held accountable & it certainly doesn't look as if it's going to be ol' Buddy Nix. Now does it?
And I sincerely doubt whether the woefully ill & geriatric Ralph Wilson will have a moment of clarity regarding the team & what's best for it. Hell, he hasn't had one of THOSE in twenty years!
So, likely the best we can hope for is for Nix to try to save some face by giving Gaily the boot.
Sure, he might just run into a situation like two years ago when all the most reputable coaches come too steep or aren't interested in THIS situation. But, he got to try. This time someone better might just fall into his lap. It's unlikely, but things could be different this time around.
And this time he should insist on someone with a proven successful track record.Comment

Gailey got all the crefit early for getting this talentless roster to win but now as the rest of the NFL adjusted (as they always do) we look worse than we did under Jauron. I don't want to hear one person say "well the roster sucks..." because our coaching right now is worse.COMING SOON...
