Bell, Caussin, Urbik ruled out for New England
by Jay Skurski

The Buffalo Bills will be down another three players for their season finale Sunday in New England.

Tight end Mike Caussin (right knee), center Kraig Urbik (right knee) and left tackle Demetrius Bell (knee/ankle) will all miss the last game of the 2011 season. All three suffered serious injuries in Saturday's 40-14 victory over Denver in the home finale.

Coach Chan Gailey, however, was less than clear on whether the injuries would require surgery (Caussin said on his Twitter account he has a torn ACL, so he will).

Fitz might as well not play, the excuses are already printed. Mark him down for 3 INTs and an apologetic HC press conference.

When isn't Bell injured? He's a waste of a roster spot.

****ing Bell. I don't want to see that mother ****er anywhere near the Bills' training facility next year. He is a complete waste.

Now you know how I've felt about the guy the past three years.

Urbick's absence will be felt the most. Might as well just count on every series being a three-and-out and hope the defense and st's can put points on the board again.

Agreed- Urbik is the biggest loss in that list.

Bell and Hairston are interchangeably mediocre.

Caussin was playing well on S/T and had some good blocks on O though. It sucks to see him go down because he's from Springfield, VA and trains at the same place I do during the off-season.

I dont know what game you guys were watching but prior to his injury Bell was playing lights out v. Dumervil.

Now in the other games Id agree he left a lot out there but this past Sunday was a very good game from him.

But don't listen to logic, it's not injuries and lack of depth that have completely derailed and destroyed this team...

Bell, no matter his productivity, has proven to be injury prone. He's a great back up. And that is all.

The "Deep Hurting" for this team never ends, does it?

He was good earlier in the year as well, guy can't stay healthy though. Hard to improve your game when you're always nursing an injury.

LOL the 2 would require that the D steps up and whacks a Pat in the endzone... do you REALLY think thats going to happen? :)
more likely the O trips over themselves just enough to score a field goal
