There isn't a chance in hell the Bills will get him. You can keep dreaming if you want though.

Ralph would never pay that kind of money for a coordinator. He didn't work out as a HC but he is an awesome DC and would command almost as much money as Gailey is making as a HC. There is no way Ralph will pay that.

Weren't the Bills pretty terrible when Gregg Williams was the HC? He's a great DC in NO now, and was great in Washington before that.

Some organizations are so defunct that you can't blame the individuals.

And some guys like Gregg Williams make great Coordinators & TERRIBLE HCs.
