I would rather have a guy that would run the ball more.

No thanks. No thanks. No thanks. Martz has been terrible everywhere he's been since St. Louis. He was the beneficiary of one of the greatest offenses in history while there.

He's single handedly almost killed Marc Bulger, John Kitna, Jay Cutler and Kurt Warner, and he doesn't run the ball.

I don't know why everyone loves Martz. I think he's the most over-rated coach in the NFL, and a crappy one at that.

he is one of the worst coaches in nfl history... he has no idea how to adapt to his team.... he throws all the time, doesn't protect his Qb

If her's in we will have big problems

That is so false a statement, I don't even know where to begin. Bulger, Kitna, Cutler, and Warner had their best years under Martz.

Regardless, no thank you. We already have our OC in Gailey.

Well, you are probably right about Bulger, Kitna & Warner, but I think Cutlers best years are yet to come.

So we have two talented RBs who the general opinion is don't see enough action anyway, and you want to hire an OC who would use them even less?

Not a very bright idea tbh.

the only idea i can think of that is worse than that one is hiring george edwards to be our DC today.

I'd rather just hire Dick Vermeil, seeing as how the last time Martz had a good offense, it was the one he inherited from Vermeil.

MArtz and Fitz would be a match made in hell. Fitz is only acurate 0-20 yards deep.

What? How is it false? All of those QBs were seriously injured while Martz was the HC or OC. I didn't say he killed them by making them bad players, I meant he nearly killed them, physically because they took so many unnecessary hits running his offense.

Ah, my apologies. That's a fair statement, although I think we saw the Bears' o-line improving this year.
