Draft Tek is the internet website that runs computer generated mocks. I think this one is pretty interesting.

They have Buffalo getting Riley Reiff in the first round, Ryan Tannehil in the second, Brandon Jenkins in the third, Kheeston Randall (DT/DE from Texas) and Tavarres King (WR from Georgia) in the 4th, and Cliff Harris (CB from Oregon) in the fifth. I know Jenkins has been projected to the Bills in the first round in a number of mocks.

Overall, this mock does a good job of meeting needs for the Bills, and most of these guys have good upside. Cliff Harris has character issues or he would likely go a couple rounds earlier at least. I know one other CB in the draft with character issues is Janoris Jenkins and quite a few mocks still have him going in the first. Harris is not a big CB (5'11") but his skills are excellent.

During the college season they were only doing one about once a month. As we get into the allstar bowls and then the combine they'll start to come fast and heavy. When you use a computer to generate your mock you can do it almost instantly.

I check a mock database like Walter Football's almost daily. Don't usually miss it that way.

According to another thread here, Brandon Jenkins is staying in school.

Just one of the perils of mock drafts this early.

The hailredskins site lists a bunch of mocks - I won't vouch for them, but there they are.

NOT THE DUDE...

if we take a pass rusher it will be in rds 1 or 2... i get the feeling nix will make a big offer to avril or possibly settle for 2nd tier anthony spencer.

spencer can play rde, and would allow us to take jeffrey. then take a de in rd 2...

The three most exhaustive databases on the web that I know of are WalterFootballs, Hailredskins and this one

Walter Football updates every day, but he runs another website that lets fans build their own mocks. Then he lists fan mocks on his database. That inflates his list once fans really get cranked up in a few weeks generating mocks. Obviously, there is a lot of overlap between the databases, but a a few mocks are only listed on one or the other of them.

Yeah, I saw that too, after I started this thread. The fifteenth is the deadline for declaring for the draft, so the list of available players should stabilize after that.

Tanehill likely moves into round 1 somehow.

Tanehill likely moves into round 1 somehow. That's probably true. Landry Jones is staying in school, so that weakens the QB class a little more. Tannehill is now the third ranked QB in the class.

There's a funny one on the Walter site - they post a 9/9/11 mock from a fellow named Greg.

He had the Bills drafting at the #2 spot (wouldn't that be nice!).

Having said that - I also have clicked on the Walter site through the years. Thanks for the dc etc. site reference, too. I've bookmarked it.

there is no sense wasting a second round pick on a QB. This team will be picking in the top 5 next year and we'll get our QB then.
