Landry Jones to stay in school

A second quarterback who could have been a first-round draft pick in 2012 has decided to wait until 2013.

For those who wanted a first found QB, the prospects just got slimmer...

Oklahoma’s Landry Jones announced today that he will return to school next season rather than enter the 2012 NFL draft. Jones joins USC’s Matt Barkley as a highly rated quarterback who decided to stay in the NCAA for another year.

This has been expected. He is not NFL ready yet.

shapping up to be a bad qb class.

that means that one of the lower level guys will turn out to be the next brady
In my day we did not have self-esteem... we had self-respect, and no more of it then we earned.

this just became a super thin qb class. once rgIII goes, it'll probably be untouched until the 4th round...unless the brain center of the bills reaches again to show how amazing we are. but i get the sense it'll be another qb less draft.

Doubtful, some one will step up in the combine.

Tannehill and Foles will go within the top 40 picks. Bills would even consider one those guys at 42 if they were there, and Cousins likely goes in round 2.

bills have enough backups on the roster. if they take a late flyer on some one, that'll be a disappointment. there are needs on OL, OLB maybe in secondary, WR. the whole draft needs to build depth.

despite how ****ty the bills were at the end, i think this roster is in better shape than after 3 years of jauron.
