I think Stevie re-signs, they add a free agent, and use a mid-round pick on a WR.

The Bills need to do something significant at WR. You can't have the owner and GM both come out and say that Fitz needs more weapons at WR, so we're going to get him more weapons, and then not do anything.

Nix seemed pretty adamant about improving the WR position and I take him at his word. You can criticize the moves and picks he's made, but he seems to do what he says he's going to do and speaks pretty honestly.

This is pretty much how I modeled my mock with a 4-3 in mind. I'll post it later today. Rough and early but we'll see.

The Bills will try to replace him with a second or third round pick and then overpay for a mid-low tier free agent (like Robert Meachem or Pierre Garcon).


Realistic fans will point out how the Bills are worse. Others will claim Stevie was a cancer to the team and not worth the contract the other team gave him.


The free agent pickup will start, but not play well. Fans will scream and cry. He will get cut after the 2013 season.


The draft pick will barely see the field for three years and get cut after the 2014 season.
