Evans may be one and done in Baltimore

I feel bad for the guy, except of course his little jab at us.

This is the greatest team that I’ve been on, and I feel like I let everybody down.

It's never going to happen but I wouldn't have opposed to him coming back to us.

He should be sending JP a check for a million dollars. He's been in the league 8 years and only had 1 season with more than 63 receptions.

Screw him. He is average at best now. What separates winners from losers are plays like the end of the game where he did not make the catch. He never could make the catch in traffic.

For his size, he ripped down a decent amount of tough jump balls. The catch vs SD a few years back comes to mind, as well as him ripping it from 2 Jet defenders.

The jab was deserved, as that Baltimore squad was by far better than any Buffalo team he was a part of.

Evans had less than a 5% drop rate when with Buffalo, among the best in the league, so I can't see how people want to blame reception totals on him, nor do I get the hatred towards someone who has nothing but a class act while with the team. The guy never had a real QB.

Come on.....we all know those were the only two.

I don't hate Lee....but I also wont deny that he really hasn't been any good for 2-3 years, and didn't seem to want to be here once JP got benched.

              Lee's last 3 years: 85 Rec., 1264 yards, 11 TDs

Ron Gronkowski this year: 90 Rec, 1327 yards, 17 TDs

Personally, I don't consider that a jab... It's not his fault he was never on a "great" team in Buffalo... The best team he's been on before this year finished 9-7...

That being said, personally, I don't want him back and it has nothing to do with yesterday's events. He'll be 31 next season and for a team that appears to be going the youth route, Lee just doesn't fit in. Also, throw in the fact of how little he saw the field this year and I'll pass.

Because who's throwing the ball has no impact, right?

Not saying that accounts for everything, but this is a pretty useless argument here.

As soon as I saw him drop that game winner I said, "Yup, there was a reason why the Bills traded him." Lee just isn't that good anymore.

It wasn't just the drop. He's been an epic bust in Baltimore, even when healthy. A rookie took the job he was supposed to do. I read somewhere that in last week's playoff game, Evans was on the field for just 8 snaps. The Ravens found out what the Bills already knew, and had a 4th-round pick stolen from them.

I feel bad for Evans not making it to the SB.

I'm glad as hell that Whitner didn't make it to the SB.
